Moreh Travis Snipes is a dynamic teacher of the Word with over 13 years of experience in leadership. The Most High has called him to do a new work in the building of the kingdom with the the establishment of Sanctuary House of Refuge in March 2025.

Moreh Travis' vision is to make a difference in the inner city community by helping to meet the needs of the people in the neighborhood both physically and spiritually.

He is married to his devoted wife Dymond and together they have five beautiful children.
